The Queensland Outdoor Recreation Federation (QORF), in association with Skills Alliance and Sport and Recreation Services and the Department of Communities are holding a workshop on outdoor and community recreation issues in the Toowoomba region.

 | Take part in a 2 hour tour of local outdoor recreation venues and discuss their operations | |
Network with others in the Outdoor industry | |
Get updates on the Adventure Activity Standards (AAS), the National Outdoor Leaders Registration Scheme (NOLRS) and land tenure & trails issues from QORF CEO Dr Donna Little and Project Officer, Mark Squires | |
Hear from Mark Ready from Community and Environmental Services, Toowoomba Regional Council on some of the issues affecting outdoor recreation in the Toowoomba region | |
Discuss the trends and issues relating to the recreation sectors and their workforce with Skills Alliance and learn about training and funding opportunities to help enhance your workforce and business. |
